Where do we store and process personal data
We only keep your personal data (name, shipping address, billing address, phone number) in the form of an invoice letter in our archived invoice storage which we are required to keep for 5 years by local laws. We do not store your identifiable personal data (name, shipping address, billing address, phone number, credit card number). Otherwise, we don’t store any other identifiable information about you, besides your email address, we have asked for your consent for when subscribing to our newsletter.
How long do we keep your personal data for
We only keep your data until closing the purchase contract between you and the Website. Closing the purchase contract happens after you receive the parcel + 14 business days.
We only keep these data in the form of an invoice letter in our archived invoice storage which we are required to keep for 5 years by local laws. After a mandatory 5 years, invoice letters get erased.
If you have a subscription to our newsletter we keep your data until you unsubscribe. We don’t retain any personal data any longer than reasonably necessary.
How do we secure personal data
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, transaction information and data stored on our Website, however, data transmission over the Internet is not without risk.
