Shipping and Returns

Shipping in Romania

FREE Standard Shipping in Romania.

Parcels typically arrive within 1-5 business days. Cash on delivery or online payment available.

You will be automatically sent a summary email after you purchase a product, this means that we received your order. This is not a confirmation email. You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as we dispatch your order within a maximum of 2 working days.

International Shipping

We offer free shipping over 200 euro worldwide.

International shipping costs will automatically be calculated based on the weight of your order. International parcels typically arrive 7-14 business days. In some rare cases, the delivery may take up to 30 days for international packages. EU parcels will be sent with GLS or DPD. For the rest of the world we use EMS (Express Mail Service). We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs added upon delivery. At the moment Rish Apparel is only accepting online payment on international orders.

Tracking your order

We provide tracking number so you can easily follow your order.

Return

Our return policy lasts 14 calendar days. If 14 calendar days have gone by since receiving the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you remove the hangtag, unfortunately, we can not take the product back. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for the condition of the products during the shipment back to us and we therefore strongly recommend that you send these well packaged and in their original box and/or packaging. You must pay the return shipping. Send by any shipping company of your choice.

Refunds

Once your return is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card, within a maximum of 14 business days. You may be asked to provide us your credit card information to perform chargeback.
Please note that shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.

THIS IS APPLICABLE ON UNWORN ITEMS ONLY. After you already had worn one of our products, unfortunately, we can’t offer exchanges, nor refund due to hygiene and health issues. Please consider this before wearing any of our products.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company and your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@rishapparel.com.

Exchanges & repair (if applicable)

We offer refund or exchange for defective products in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation and carry. We replace items if the size is not suitable. 

You must notify us about your issue within 14 calendar days. Refunds for defective products will be transferred within 30 business days to your credit or debit card.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@rishapparel.com.

If you send us back your original products for an exchange, then the shipping cost of the exchanged package is on us. You still have to cover the cost of the return shipping.

We do not accept return parcels with uncovered shipping costs.

We offer free repair service for your purchased items at any time. You only have to cover the return shipping and the rest is on us. Please contact with repair-related inquiries at hello@rishapparel.com before sending any item back. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged or repaired product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 50 EUR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
